Not sure if people realize this, but Fox and WSJ are not owned by a real American. They are owned by an Australian who supposedly was naturalized only so he could acquire TV stations in the US.
There were rules in pre-Reagan America to prevent foreigners with no respect for our patriotic traditions and traditions of religous liberty from controlling radio and television stations.
The Great Communicator (when he wasn't pleading with Saudis to send someone like OBL for training in 'guerilla warfare' or begging the Ayatollah to release our hostages) had Murdoch 'naturalized' so he could accuire the Metromedia TV stations.
Since then Murdoch has used these stations to broadcast a stream of "Hate America" messages through vile anti-Americans such as John Gibson and Bill O'Reilly. You will recall that Falafel O'Reilly accused the Americans of war crimes at Malmedy (for the record, Nazi Wermacht officers killed unarmed American POWs at Malmedy -- to a Murdoch flunkie this is an American war crime)
Given that background, it is easy to understand why John Yoo would appear on the pages of the Wall Street Urnial (now owned by Murdoch) spewing his anti-American venom that the SEALs didn't give OBL a Miranda Warning. In Murdoch land, killing unarmed US POWs is an American war crime as is killing OBL.
If it isn't clear by 25 years of broadcasts, it should be by now, Murdoch hates America and FOX and WSJ reflect that view.
